Using print server's e-mail
receiving function prevents document circulation slip. And it doesn't
need a certain person who is responsible for checking. |

business and pre installing system |

At a city "X"
has the city hall and branches at town "Y" and "Z". And among them
they are passing e-mail back and forth at anytime. The circular
among them is that the main office sends each branch the circular
by e-mail and the person who's in charge at the branch prints out
and passes it around to every staff. |

improvement demand |

At this time,
even when a circular is sent from the main office, the person takes
charge doesn't receive the e-mail the circular can't be checked
out. Moreover, if the person skips no one would be aware of there
is a circular or even the important issue could be missed. Therefore
there was a requirement that the printer with print server that
has a function enabling to receive an e-mail at each branch should
receive e-mail data via network and print out directly from the
main office. |

after introducing silex product |
 |
Changing print
servers at each branch to silex ones, receiving e-mail function
can be available. The print server checks e-mail regularly and when
it finds out there is an e-mail from main office it directs to print
automatically. This results that every one who finds a circular
e-mail and passes it out instead of needing to name certain person
checks a circular mail. Therefore the circular leakage is not generated
and communication process improved.B |
